Shawls & Blankets

A baby blanket set brings together coordinated pieces — typically a main blanket paired with a matching shawl, cap, or mitten set — giving parents a complete, ready-to-use bundle rather than shopping for each piece separately. Zubaida's blanket set collection is built around this convenience, with soft, warm coverings suited to swaddling, stroller outings, and nursery use.

Shawls differ slightly from standard swaddle blankets in how they're used: a shawl is typically a lighter, more versatile wrap used for quick coverage during feeding, outdoor outings, or layering over a stroller, while a full blanket set is better suited to crib use or dedicated swaddling at home. Having both on hand covers most day-to-day situations new parents encounter.

What's typically included in a blanket set:

● A main blanket sized for swaddling or crib use

● A coordinating shawl or wrap for outings and quick coverage

● In some sets, a matching cap or mitten pair for full cold-weather coordination

Fabric weight is the main decision point when choosing between blanket sets. Lightweight cotton or muslin sets work best for most of the year across Pakistan's warmer cities, while fleece or quilted sets are better suited to winter months or for families in cooler regions. Many parents keep one of each on hand and rotate based on season rather than committing to a single weight year-round.

Blanket sets pair naturally with our baby winter caps and cotton mittens for complete cold-weather bundling, and are a popular inclusion alongside items from our Newborn Baby Essentials hub when building a full newborn starter kit.

All blanket sets on Zubaida's use soft, colourfast, machine-washable fabric suitable for the frequent laundering newborn items require, and are available in prints and solid colours for boys, girls, or unisex use. Orders ship nationwide with cash on delivery, and can be exchanged within 7 days.
