RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Products/item ordered online can be exchanged at any Little Darling retail store with an invoice or by sending it to our office address at Plot #461 Sector 31-A, Allah Wala Town, Mehran Town Extension, Korangi Industrial Area Karachi, Pakistan.

In case you want to exchange, you must notify us with Product Image/video with Order No on Whatsapp 0310-2804121 within 24 hours of delivery OR by writing to info@zubaidasonline.com or call on helpline 0311-1292393.

All products purchased from LittleDarling.pk & ZubaidasOnline.com can be exchanged within 15 days only if 

The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the products or is found to be not the same as you had actually purchased. 

You must email photographic evidence of the defective items at info@zubaidasonline.com/Whatsapp on 0310-2804121, within 24 hours of purchase before any claims can be processed.
