RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Products/item ordered online can be exchanged at any Little Darling retail store with an invoice or by sending it to our office address at Plot #461 Sector 31-A, Allah Wala Town, Mehran Town Extension, Korangi Industrial Area Karachi, Pakistan.
In case you want to exchange, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery by writing to support@zubaidasonline.com or call 03133-208208 / 0317-2456294.
All products purchased from LittleDarling.pk & ZubaidasOnline.com can be exchanged within 15 days only if
- The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
- The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the products or is found to be not the same as you had actually purchased.
- You must email photographic evidence of the defective items at support@zubaidasonline.com, within 3 days of purchase before any claims can be processed.
