Dear Team,
I ordered clothes for my son, who will turn 6 in November. I selected size 7–8 years, but the items I received are two sizes smaller. When I visited Giga Mall to exchange them, the staff there informed me that they couldn’t help because I purchased the items during a sale, and I would have to pay the full price for an exchange.
The staff at the store were polite and helpful, but the issue clearly lies with the online team, not them. I am very disappointed, as I spent PKR 7,600, and the clothes don’t even fit my child.
I will not be shopping from your store again in the future if this issue is not resolved.
