Size issue

I had ordered 12-18m shorts which were in full price and not a sale item. But they were a but small for my child.
I went to Zubaidas Ittehad branch for size change but they said I had to pay remaining amount as according to their records, I had purchased the denim shorts on sale. Even though the receipt had it on full price. Even my online receipt had these shorts on full price.

Eventually I had to pay the extra amount to get my article in a bigger size. Very disappointed by the customer service at Ittehad branch.
