Carry Nest - 0282132

I have received my carry nest worth 5560. I ordered this after visiting nearby outlet that was unavailable over there. There are two rusted spots on it and when I talk about its exchange I have been advised to exchange with other products . My concern is if not the same article I should be obliged with half price off or my money back. But I am much disappointed by ordering from such a big baby brand online.
