I ordered clothes for my 9-10 year old daughter from Zubaidas.
The stitching department made a major mistake. They attached a "146cm / 10-11 Years" tag on trousers that are actually only "53cm / 2-2.5 Years" in size. I pointed this out immediately with photos and measuring tape proof.
Instead of taking responsibility, I was told the correct size is now "out of stock". So because of THEIR mistake, I am being penalized.
This is not acceptable from a brand like Zubaidas. If you make a mistake in stitching and tagging, you should fix it at your own cost and priority. Ignoring the complaint and going silent is very unprofessional.
I placed my order on time as an end customer. It is your responsibility to deliver what I ordered.
